Advantages of the double stage gas generating station:

• With a destructive distilling layer of a suitable high and structure added, the double stage gas producer makes coal heated gently at relatively low temperatures in the distilling layer. The tar produced not by cracking and has lower viscosity and better flow ability accordingly.
• The tar from upper section of the double stage gas producer is light tar with little coal dust. The light tar cleaned by electrical light oil precipitator and electrical tar precipitator is easy for long-distance transportation without pipe blocking.
• Less environmental pollution. The gas from lower section of the double stage gas producer produced by coke(half-coke) after dry distillation, it contains virtually no tar. So the gas can be cooled directly by intercooler(air cooler) after sharp cooling, avoiding the water pollution caused by gas contacting with water. The water used for sharp cooling can be recycled simply after depositing treatment.
• Coal gasification intensity and the overall efficiency of double stage gas generating station are higher than that of the single stage one. A range of coals applicable to the double stage gas generating station is wide. The gas station works in a closed-loop circulation without water and air pollution, so it costs less in operation.
